Breakfast is considered your most important meal because it affects your eating for the rest of the day. So here are a few of my findings why eating your breakfast is very important.


It improves your memory by boosting your brain activity.


It gives you a better attitude to relate with people- because a hungry man is an angry man. So if you do not want to make a negative first impression to your clients, ensure you eat your breakfast  (except you are fasting).


For Students, It improves their concentration and performance. When I was in boarding school, not eating breakfast was the order of the day and trust me, it was not a good experience at all (scary days).


Studies show that children who eat breakfast perform better in their academics and physical activities than children who do not.


It improves weight loss. Because, when you eat breakfast, you wake up your metabolism, which aids in the burning of those calories you need to lose weight.


It nourishes your skin.


Eating breakfast implies eating healthy meals. And do not forget to drink plenty of water.
