A lot of us do not know how to manage stress. We allow stress to affect our manners and approach to people/friends. 

Come on.... we are bigger than that. Let us learn to adapt to change and be in charge instead of allowing things to pressure us. 

I have come to realise that as long as you think things must always be a certain way, you will live in frustration. Of course, we are humans, so we are supposed to get tired. When we are tired, it is a sign that tells us that we need not push ourselves over the edge! We need to rest, freshen up and bounce back stronger and better! 

So, let us learn to laugh at the face of stress, challenges. Let us learn to say "all is well". Remember, "you have what you say."
