We spend so much money on beauty every year, and while the beauty product companies are getting richer, people are consuming drugs worth billions yearly to keep fit. 

Yet, we neglect the beauty and health product given freely to man by nature, exercise! 

Exercise not only increases energy muscle tone, bone strength, cardiovascular endurance, lung capacity, flexibility, circulation and metabolism, but also decreases body fat, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. 

Exercise also reduces depression. It is an anti-depressant and improves mood and stimulates the production of endorphins in the brain, which gives a feeling of wellbeing to us. 

Exercise also will help you sleep better. But be sure you do not exert yourself before going to bed, because from a medical book I read, it is necessary to avoid doing exercise at least three hours before going to bed. 

Exercise enhances creativity. Try exercising whenever you feel uninspired. 

Also if you want to keep up that youthful look of yours and enjoy a longer healthy life, start exercising!
