A FEW TIPS ON HOW TO AVOID SITUATIONS THAT COULD UNDERMINE YOUR GOALS.


MAKE IT EASIER to of the right thing. For example, if you plan to exercise first thing in the morning, set your jersey next to your bed the night before. The easier it is to get started, the more likely you are to follow through.

MAKE IT HARDER to do the wrong thing. For example, if you want to stop eating junk food, ensure that you do not keep them in your kitchen or in your fridge. That way, when you are tempted to eat junk food, giving in will require more effort than not giving in.

CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS CAREFULLY. We tend to become like the people we spend time with. So limit contact with people who encourage habits that you are trying to break, and look for those who can reinforce good habits!
