When He said, "Let there be light", light came into being (Genesis 1:3). Most of Genesis chapter one is about God speaking creation into being. Have you ever wondered why God had to "talk" to bring forth these things instead of making them? It's because by talking, you create a sound code. Speech creates sound waves, and the original source material for creation is sound, because that's the energy produced by words.  Sound code therefore, is the instruction, meaning, account, or information embedded in a sound wave. Sometime ago, a scientist performed an experiment to ascertain the effect of words on water. He had water in different jars and would talk to the different containers of water. I Just want to take a moment to appreciate all mothers out there. You all are amazing. Wow...I celebrate you all.. is it... The way you multi task? Keeping your homes together and looking after your families?  Or... The way you pray endlessly for the success of your marriage, your husband's career,  your children?  Or.. The way you give selflessly that you forget to include yourself in the menu (not necessarily food menu)? Or... The way you stay up all night looking after your newborns and having little or no sleep afterwards?  Or... The way people misunderstand you for missing out on  their weddings/occasions and not sending congratulatory messages to them and as such they term you "not happy for them"? Or... The way you get knackered out after trying to do so many things at the same time?  I could go on and on and on and on....You all are doing amazingly great. I want to say to you "well done"!. They say nothing is a waste...that's true, even your used tea bags. Here's how it works.. After brewing your tea, keep the tea bags in your refrigerator (not in the freezer) instead of throwing them away. Those nights when you find it difficult to sleep, take out two(chilled bags) and place them on your eyes. I was going through an archive where I saved pictures I took since undergraduate days. As I flipped through the pictures, memories of events kept flashing back with reference from each picture. I smiled at some of them while I also felt low in spirit for a few of them.  The flashes of my thoughts served me with most of the issues I delt with in my life, transcending from teenage stage to an adult. In all of the smiles and cold feelings I expressed while I went through those pictures, there was a strong sense of fulfilment that stems from my response to the "yeses" and No's" life offered me. My resolve was to develop an antagonistic response that countered the unpleasant circumstances in my life. This antagonism is not the kind that is associated with violence or that which poses as a societal threat, but a will that is as strong as reason and knowledge.  The life we live is driven by our choices. You know, life as it is has a lot to offer those who dare boldly to distinguish themselves from cultural stagnation.  I was sharing with a friend a few things I have discovered. He was perplexed when I told him that even the university curriculum doesn't educate you, it only inspires your mind to learn and search for knowledge. If you find this ideology questionable what do you think would be the possible rationale behind the "drop outs" who have defied the norm and have risen above the overview of their classroom teacher.  Success and failure are neither accidental nor mysterious. It is principle based. The good thing is that these principles produce the same results irrespective of the race, gender, or societal status of the person who has engaged it. When someone or a friend in need comes to you for assistance and you are in a position to assist the person, please do not turn the person down.
