Let's know what your take is on family planning methods.  I 've used the inplant and pills and the experience I had with the two was never a good one. With inplant, I was bleeding every other week with severe headaches, and reduced ibido. With pills I was gaining unnecessary weight because I was eating too much and my blood pressure was always high.  To me, family planning methods, at least the ones I've used is a Nay! Why does exponential thinking matter? It matters because to achieve a million dollar path to profit, it will require exponential thinking. So, let me ask you this question; What would your life look like if things were ten times better? You cannot answer to this question with a linear mindset, which is taking one step at a time, rather with an exponential mindset of being 10 times better, which is taking huge leaps and bounds. And these huge steps do not mean getting involved in Ponzi schemes or "get rich quick" activities like internet frauds etc, rather by the easy way of visualization- getting into your 10X better future already by starting with the end in mind rather that your current state. An example that best describes exponential thinking for me is observed in bacteria. It takes bacteria roughly an hour to reproduce through prokaryotic fission. If we placed 100 bacteria in an environment and recorded the population size each hour, the growth is exponential!  Even thou

You can't live authentically if you have unhealthy attachments to people, things or beliefts. I used to attach myself to my emotions which made me to fall in and out of mood all the time. Literally, my mood  was dependent on how people reacted to me, or the environment I found myself in at the time. I allowed people's energies to affect mine.  As an empath, I feel energies as though I could see them physically; when I walk into a place or meet someone, whether I know the person or not; and most of my attachments were basically, expectations- expecting that people behave to me a certain way, which was very unhealthy! That affected me so badly. But then, I started learning the act of letting go, by literally loving myself and understanding who this MASTER PIECE of GOD is. The physical award that you receive at events, to congratulate you for your efforts, as well as motivate you is great. But the best award you can receive is the one that you give to yourself- the one that comes from within. When I was in the University years ago, I received several awards, like the most admired girl on Campus; the most beautiful girl in our department and more. But no matter the amount of awards I received, I battled with self doubts, which of cause led to too many mistakes and setbacks. So, a few years back, I began this journey of self recovery, and I can tell you, most assuredly that, it is the best gift I gave to myself. It is a great place to be- knowing your worth and realising that there's so much GOD has put inside of you, to be who HE has created you to be. Now, when you have gained your confidence whilst in the process, (because self recovery is a journey where you keep learning and unlearning old patterns and systems that conditioned your mind negatively

This is not the time to throw in the towel. In fact, something tells me that this is the time to sow seeds that will eventually bear great fruits in the future. So, what seeds are sowing?

This period has been very challenging to a lot of us, but the good thing is that some of us have understood that fear is just that scary sound that plays at the background of the mind which can be quieted instantly by quickly shifting to positive affirmations, positive thoughts, positive feelings and positive actions, with so much confidence of who we are and the unfailing promises of GOD.  Listen to this, if you give room to fear, you will welcome with open arms the very things you fear. But if you fill yourself with faith and positivity, everything will turn around good for you. Just believe and keep your faith in GOD alive.

Need I say more? Because things did not work out exactly the  way we had planned it, we tend to get frustrated. But remember this, if you truly have entrusted your life in GODS' Hands, believe that however it turns out, it is working out for your good. If that situation is trying to overwhelm you, simply say, "of course, everything is working out for my good", smile and trust the process. There is a perfect timing for your big break! 

This quote is one of my favorites. What we might be going through right now is pruning. It may look like punishment, because people have been made to believe that GOD is angry with us; and I wonder why we think that way. Your god might be angry and mean to you, but not my own GOD! Listen, contrary to most people's opinion and belief, GOD is not a passive aggressive god who is always looking out for whom to strike. HE is love, kind and HIS mercy endures forever! We are going through pruning not punishment- I mean me and my fellow believers. And if you believe, then get ready to flourish along with me and my fellow believers when all this is over! Believe that! Stay strong! Stay safe! This too shall pass and it will end in victory! Love y'all.
