A lot of people mistake self-confidence with self-esteem.    I used to make that mistake as well until I started studying about believing in oneself and abilities.  From my own understanding, self-confidence is slightly different from self-esteem. Self-esteem has to do with your feelings about yourself, your behaviour and your worth as a person. While, self-confidence is your believe in your abilities and in the way you present yourself to the world. Peoples actions or reactions are more likely to erode your self-confidence than it would your self-esteem. Talking from experience.  So, these two emotions have quite a bit in common. They are both measures of your believe about yourself; yet can be easily thrown off balance, which may lead to your being overconfident or portraying behaviours that could distance you from your actual existence. Some people will never tell you that they had a bad day. I am one of them! As a matter of fact, these people believe that there is no such thing as a "bad day." To these people, every day is a gift! They are thankful for the challenges because they teach them. They are thankful for their jobs even when it is not pleasant. I am marveled at their ability to see each day as a "good day" irrespective of the challenges they had to face. Truth is, every day we are alive is a gift and there is so much to be grateful for. Stop focusing on the things that make you feel unhappy. A few stuff that did not go well for you does not and should not ruin your whole day unless you let it! Your choice. In the end, having a positive outlook is entirely up to you! You can never control what other people say or do to you, but you can control how you respond to it. By choosing to stay positive, you will be happier and healthier than ever before and of course you will enj...

KEEP WALKING ON THE RIGHT PATH.

It is not the great revelation you have not yet had that will cause you the most trouble. But failing to walk in the ones you already have. So, be faithful in the things you have no matter how little you think they are or how substandard they look. You can never know how the exact same thing you looked down on could turn around to become a sought after!  Life may bring you to an unfamiliar path. But if you continue to walk on the right path, holding firmly on what you believe, your positive affirmations, you will make it through JUST FINE! But if you decide to wander off into the darkness by yourself, you will probably stumble.  Keep walking on the right path! Hope you see that glimpse of light.
