Is there something others have been trying to help you see about yourself that needs to change? Proverbs 12:15 says, “The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice.” Could it be true that GOD is speaking to you through those who love you most? Denying the truth does not change the fact. If more than two trusted friends or family members have suggested that we change some certain aspect of our lives that are unhealthy, maybe it’s time for us to pause and pay attention.  We all need that true person(s) in our lives that will always tell us the truth, even if the rest of the world is giving us accolades.  It is truly a blessing to have sincere and truthful people in our lives who will always tell us the truth or call us to order, even if it hurts.

Eat less crap and eat more healthy foods. Examples of Craps are:  Carbonated drinks, Refined sugar, Artificial sweeteners and colours, Processed foods and more. Kindly share some of the craps you know. 😊 Examples of healthy foods are: Water: is very important.  Fruits: Berries, Oranges, Mango, Pineapple, Cucumber, Avocado, Kiwi etc. Dark green Vegetables: Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, Brussel sprouts.  Whole Grains: Oatmeal, Rye, Barley, Whole wheat flour, Amaranth. Beans and Lentils. Organic lean protein. Fish: Salmon, Tuna, Sardines, Trout. Soy Protein Nuts: Cashew nuts, Flaxseed, Seeds.  Organic Yogurt.  Kindly share some of the healthy foods you know. I love to have a different opinion on some matters when being raised, if need be, but if I realise that I cannot comfortably speak my mind without being opposed, I withdraw from the person. Freedom demands that one safely communicates ones thoughts without  being  condemned or forced to agree with other people's opinion(s).  If you think that this post is valid, kindly share your opinion. Past experiences thought me to say yes to the challenges I faced. It did not mean I was happy with the situation or that I approved of it, rather it meant that I accepted to turn the lemons thrown at me into beautiful lemonades. Acknowledging that situation or  mistake or any challenge removes resistance and obliterates stress and gives you greater power to change and recover from it.  All you need to do is say yes and yield to the lessons, and y ou will develop a loving and accepting side and not a bitter person. There is a lot of life lessons (I call it gift)  to learn from mistakes and challenges. Go ahead and open the box. 

Words(seed) are powerful, and if we can learn to create with them, we'd lead an amazing life.  What are you saying? What words are you speaking into your life, children, spouse, family, business, ministry and so on?  The Universe leverages on the  power of the Source—GOD, to meticulously bring the harvests of the seeds we sow.  So, sow wisely. You cannot be careless with your words. Do not follow the trends of how people coin words and say, "it is not that deep". Friend, words are deep and alive. They move as soon as you speak. They work according to what's said. They move at your command. You will agree with me that people that talk anyhow always get into trouble. In other words,  watch your words and be careful what you say, and you will keep yourself from troubles.  Lastly, what you say is what you get. If you want to see life, then speak life! Indeed, what GOD cannot do does not exist! Never doubt HIM. HE will come through for us Watch out. 

It is the truth okay, but let us not forget the very few loyalists who go the extra mile to give their 2 cents; not necessarily money, but their encouragements, prayers, advice, could literally leave whatever they are doing to give you their moral support, and more. Such people are treasures.💖🙏

 

There is a particular ideology I was made to believe was generally acceptable and preferred as a child growing up; I was meant to believe that going for a bigger, better and more appealing item(s) from a pack of items had a greedy connotation attached to it; in other words, go for the small and less appealing item to portray a humble and modest demeanour. You do not want to feel guilty and also be considered a greedy person, so you might as well pretend to be okay with the less appealing and inconspicuous item. Naturally, you become accustomed to the ‘norm’ which reflected in your choices at birthday parties, school games, friends, relationships etc. There is actually nothing wrong with choosing a smaller or less appealing/quality item, especially if it is something you genuinely like, the problem there is the wrong message or lesson which is being impacted as the reason to always go for less; but then again to my surprise, another child within the same sphere, ends up going for the bi

Do not quit because no one is encouraging you. It will surprise you that people see every single thing you do; the efforts you put in every day. But for whatever reason best known to them, they choose to be silent.  Let this be a reminder that the world is watching, and only the strong hearted will make it through.  What makes you thick? What or who gives you confidence? As long as GOD is your confidence and you hold on to HIS promises, you will never fail! So, don't you ever go silent on yourself or give up. Keep doing your best. Keep sowing. Keep trusting GOD. Your harvest will surely come; as long as you don't quit! 🥰🥰🥰 

No matter how uncomfortable you may feel delivering them, what matters is the motive behind the kind words. Remember what the good book says, "never get weary of good deeds."

Was Judas Isacariot not close to JESUS? Yet, JESUS knew who he was all along.  Likewise, be intentional and sensitive about your environment and who you give access to your private life. Proximity is not friendship. I agree we are in a social world and no man is an island, yet, wisdom is required when choosing your circle. That someone gives you a listening ear does not mean that they are genuinely interested. They may be listening to get more information about you.  So, I will suggest that if you need to talk to someone about what you are going through, talk to yourself or write about it in your journal or a piece of paper. You can tear it or leave it, depending on what you want and how you feel afterwards. Always remember this: you cannot call someone a friend when that friendship has not been tested. 

Do not accommodate wrong people, even if you see any good in them. They may be good for others, but wrong for you.  Energy does not lie, but most of the time, we ignore the signs, our intuition; and give access to people who from the onset should have been kept far way away from us, because we do not want to come across as uptight or rigid or unfriendly or boring. Stop entertaining what you know will bring you pain. I say you know, because you know. We always know.  It is okay to be yourself, because people are unapologetically being themselves.

Mind who you confined in. There are situations that your emotion gets the best of you, and all you want to do is to let it out by talking to someone. We all have stuff that we are dealing with, but the worst thing that you'll do to yourself is to confined in the wrong person; someone who has many friends and talks too much. They come to you like they care, but their hearts are evil. In this realm, your innocence will not save you. WISDOM WILL. So, choose wisely. Do not be in a hurry to mingle.😘
