For that reason, learning how to improve your levels of willpower is a must–do.. Self–knowledge — especially of how we find ourselves in willpower trouble — is the foundation of self–control. You need to recognize when you're making a choice that requires willpower; otherwise, the brain always defaults to what is easiest. ~ Kelly McGonigal Ph.D.

Your conscious and subconscious minds can synchronize to give you the outcomes you desire.  Your conscious mind is the one that gets direct contact with the external world, whereby it picks information, belief systems, and affirmations that it transfers to your subconscious. Your subconscious is subjective, so it receives and processes these information, then releases the outcome in the form of the results you get in life. Surprise? What this means is that you can make your mind deliver specific results. For example, before going to bed, you can make your mind to wake you up by 5 AM and it will happen if you believe—and we must know that our belief systems determine the quality of our lives. For example, if you believe that eating pizza will make you sick, it will happen even if you take a bite by mistake. Why? Because your subconscious mind has registered that pizza is not good for your health.  So, do you want to have some Pizza or not? 🍕😅 I got you with the title, didn't I? At
