Finally, you should study the language by reading aloud as much as possible— this will help you become aware of how your voice sounds when speaking naturally, and it will also allow you to practice speaking with other people around you.

THE COLD WAR—ABORT MISSION!

The Cold War rivalry between the United States and the Soviet Union lasted for decades and resulted in anti-communist suspicions and international incidents that led the two superpowers to the brink of nuclear disaster. The United States was left as the world's sole superpower. The Cold War and its events have left a significant legacy. Abort mission! Cold War does no good at all! Cold War against yourself is the worst! By all means, choose peace! Abort that hate mission! Nothing good comes out of it, but disaster! Some (quite a few) get lucky to escape the pain, shame, setbacks, enmity etc that come from  Cold War, some don't! Countries, families, friends, brethren, choose peace, let go and let love lead the way! ❤️

WHAT MOTIVATES YOUR FRIENDSHIPS?

When you're a go to relief mechanism to some people, but as soon as they get the satisfaction and boost they need from you, they become scarce or they feel they don't need you anymore. That's life! Pick up yourself and move on! And learn this: Don't get to feel important when people always call or come to you to talk about their problems; it's because they know that you're the only one always willing to listen, and the right shoulder to lean on. It's safe to weigh your relationships and know what truly motivates you about them and vice versa.  That friendship may not be as deep as you think.  K n owledge about certain things helps you know what you're getting into and how to navigate your way through.

Personal hygiene is a big deal! it is one of the most important things you can do to improve your lifestyle and health, so it is important to make sure you're doing it right.  Here are some tips for keeping yourself clean and healthy: Wash your hands often with soap and water.  Use hand sanitizer when you're out in the public to prevent the spread of germs.  Apply sunscreen everyday and reapply every 2 hours. 😊 Brush your teeth twice a day.  Use deodorant everyday.  Wash your face and moisturize.  Eat healthy - plenty fruits and vegetables, and foods that contain the right nutrients. Rest and get enough sleep. Live a healthy life.

My blog has been getting lots of traffic since last September; infact, it's massive. I was wondering what happened, and I realised that I did something different that actually boosted my traffic. Getting cheap massive traffic is the key to making money online. But, how do you do it? I'd like to share just a few strategies that's working for me. 1. Learn SEO (Search Engine                            Optimisation)  2. Post constantly.  3.  Build an email list by giving away freebies or selling products that people want to buy (like downloadable ebooks). 4. Use hashtags when sharing your posts on your social media handles. It's twitter and LinkedIn for me. I love the massive response I get from there - it's so encouraging. In order to have a positive mindset, you have to first recognise that your current situation is not permanent. You can't just sit back and wait for things to get better-you have to make them better! Your mindset is like a filter between you and the world around you. It is how you identify things that are important to pay attention to and things that aren't important at all.  The more often you make changes in your filter, the more powerful it becomes.  So, try setting aside time every day or week for this process!

The words mindset and belief are often used interchangeably. However, they are two different things that can coexist together in a person's life. Mindset is your general outlook on life and how you approach challenges. Beliefs are the specific thoughts you have about yourself, your life, and the world around you. Your mindset is like a general pattern  how you think about things: your beliefs are like  specific examples of those thoughts. Thinking about the things you believe can help you identify your mindset and make sure it is in alignment with what you want to accomplish.  The first step is to identify the beliefs that are holding you back or keeping you from achieving your goals. This can be tough but it is important! When we are stuck in a mindset- even one that seems right at the time- it is often because we don't know how to identify our own beliefs, or how they might be affecting us.  The next thing to do is look at the beliefs that are helping you reach your goals. It is convenient for us to make excuses if we feel that something is not important. But if it is, we will always find a way. A lot of people do not believe in the beauty of their own dreams or even in themselves; which is why they not take the required actions to make their dreams a reality. Truth is, deep down, we know where we want to go or what we want to do, but we are not convinced that there is a way around it. There is always a way! Our life and destiny is shaped by the decisions we make and the actions we take or fail to take. And even if we choose not to decide, we have still made a choice.

WHY WE REPEAT OLD MISTAKES.

We tend to repeat the old mistakes when we do not realise the cause, or when we forget what led to the mistakes. We are so eager to come out of the situation we are in; praying and wishing for a new beginning, but forgetting to address or ignoring the root cause of the mistakes.  Remember this: when GOD gives you a new beginning, keep in mind that the tendency to repeat the old mistakes is there if you do not deal with the root cause of the mistakes. Do not say, it does not matter, after all, I have a new beginning; No! It matters, because If not dealt with, it will hunt your new beginning!  Go back to the drawing board, retrace your steps. This way, you will discover what went wrong, and be able to correct those errors, which could include dumping your old beliefs and mindset, addressing your fears, concerns, trauma, hurts, memories, background, etc: to avoid further and future repetitions of old mistakes.

The easiest way to lose one's path is in the midst of the journey; because, everything on the outside does not look like it. Trust that GOD is with you and is fighting for you. Remember, It is darkest before dawn. So, the most important place to deploy your joy is in the middle of the storm. Hold on to the promise, no matter what the situation looks like. When you control what goes on inside, the outside will align with your thoughts, eventually. You can't change the direction of the wind, but you can adjust your sails to always reach your destination. Being strong often means being able to acknowledge your weakness; and strive to becoming better person. Perseverance is not a long race; it is many short races one after another. FRUITS ARE GOOD FOR YOU.

Fruits are packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Fruits have a few calories but lots of water content. It is important to hydrate yourself throughout the day, so don't feel bloated and sluggish. Fruits contain less sodium than other foods, but they do contain more potassium than most other foods. This helps keep your heart healthy.  Fruits are high in fibre, which makes them easier to digest than other foods. Fibre fill you up without making you feel too full, which is great because it means less food for you. 😁 From a nutritional standpoint, bananas rank highest in potassium, followed by mango and papayas. Fruits have been shown to help lower blood pressure (kiwi is a wonder fruit for lowering blood pressure), improve heart health (eating fruits before meal is more effective), and improve brain function.  So if you trying to stay fit and healthy, eat more fruits. Assumptions can be used to justify actions!  Assumptions can be used to justify inactions! Don't make assumptions without evidence! Don't assume you know what others are thinking! Be careful with assumptions!  Don't assume that people will react in a way that you think they will! Assumptions are the termites of relationships/friendships. It is better to be upfront than to assume; if you can't deal with it! But if you can, ignore and don't assume! Hope this helps us all.

Determination is the process of focusing on a goal, and refusing to be deflected until that goal is  reached. Determination is a mindset.  Determination is a process.  Determination is a way of thinking.  Determination is a way of acting.  Determination is a way of living.  In fact, determination is a bit like driving along a road leading to your destination. If you want to get there, you might slow down or speed up a bit as the road twists and turns, but you will keep going in the same direction.  . the road is the journey.  . the destination is the goal.  . the car is your body.  . the driver is a metaphor for your mind.  . the road is a metaphor for your life.  So, what's your goal? Stay focused and get moving. Because determination is a positive quality that will help you achieve it.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH BITTER KOLA.

Bitter kola. The miracle fruit, that's what I call it. I remember when I was pregnant with my daughter, bitter kola was my mood lifter and go-to, whenever I felt uneasy, heartburn, indigestion, nausea, spitting and general discomfort- especially when I ate. Bitter kola literally was helpful and useful all through my pregnancy journey. I ate it after every meal; and I ate a lot of it! I was fit all through my pregnancy with my daughter, and my doctor gave credits to the bitter kola that I ate all the time.  I don't know if it's good for every pregnant woman, but it was amazingly good to me. Bitter kola is generally a good fruit. GOD indeed  blessed us with this amazing miracle crop. Bitter Kola also kills bacteria, keeps the mouth from odour, boosts the immune system, helps to balance blood sugar level and so much more. So, get you some bitter kola today. 1. In Psalm 105:19 TPT translation, it says God’s promise to Joseph purged his character until it was time for his dreams to come true. The enemy will contend with your promise. But through it all, learn the lessons that will build your character. It is only your character that will keep you and lift you even higher,  when your dreams finally come true. 2. You are worthy! Never underestimate your worth. 3. You must carry yourself up everyday. Keep the hope alive by holding on to the promise and speaking life. 4. Surround yourself with people who want your growth and are happy with your efforts and achievements. 5. Stop holding on to your past; it will only affect your choices and decisions. 6. People's experience might not be the teacher you need; to avoid you repeating their mistakes.

Negotiation is an important part of business skills, because it can help you get what you want in several situations. When you are trying to resolve an argument with someone who doesn't agree with your opinion, you might need to negotiate with them before they will listen to what you have to say. People who are good at negotiating, are also good at reading people's body language. Negotiation is a good skill to learn. It will help you to nagivate through a situation, when you're met with one.
