REFLECTION

William Shakespeare, "Hamlet" said, "Assume a virtue if you have it not".

What I understood from this saying is this: When in imagination you assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled, ACT ON IT! And by so doing, you are mentally lifted up to a higher level.

When, through your persistence, this assumption becomes actual fact, you automatically find yourself on a higher level (that is, you have achieved your desire) in your objective world. Your assumption guides all your mentally rational and innermost thoughts towards its suggested end so inevitably that it actually dictates the events.

The drama of life is a psychological one and the whole of it is written and produced by your assumptions.

Learn the art of assumption, for only in this way can you create your own happiness.

Neme, faith without deeds is dead. Just a quick reminder: man does not live only for breads and words, declared in the Gospel of Mathew. It clearly means that both breads and words are necessary for a man. This is to say that all the eloquent words and psychological quotations in one's blog are solely for the mind, but what about the body? I think that some actions are needed to be taken just for equilibrium's sake.

I will like to add by saying that the mind controls our whole being, and feeding the mind with the right "foods" only puts our bodies in the right mental, physical, emotional and psychological state. And if our minds are not being fed with the right "foods, we will end up feeding our bodies with junks. So as much as you can, ensure that your mind is well fed with the right "foods".
