A WORD FOR LEADERS

This is the primary role of a leader. Everyone wants to be a leader but are you ready and willing to look beyond your ego and humble yourself enough to lead? 

A great example of a true, genuine leader is our Lord Jesus Christ. He led with humility and brought out the best in His disciples.

Don't seek to tear your subordinate(s) down because you want to shine and take the glory. Don't get threatened by their gifts and talents and abilities instead, encourage them and channel these talents towards the team's goal.

When the chips are down, what do you think that your subordinates will say about you? Think about it!
