THE COLOURFUL DESIGN OF LIFE....

If you pause and think about it for a while, you will possibly be stunned as I was when I engaged my mind to look at the world from a "helicopter" view.

As you step out of your home, you see people engaged in different activities; people going to their different places of work, the traffic, the screeching of tyres, the honking of car horns, children crossing the road, people on the pedestrian lane, people selling and all other activities that are peculiar to a communist society...all these activities come with their uniqueness and the very touch they bring to our lives. 

When we momentarily look away from ourselves and pay attention...(maybe not in detail) to the roles people play in their little way, we begin to appreciate the division of labour and how the societal activities add colour to the daily fulfilment that we experience. I usually find it very easy to walk to a grocery store close by when I want to do a mini shopping, It's quite convenient for me because it's about 3 minutes walk from home. Very often I have walked in there to pick up a few things which seemed normal without any special feeling attached to it...probably my mindset was that they need to make money so they always have to be there. One day I needed an item so urgently and my most definite bait was to rush off to the "always there" grocery and for the first time they weren't there". Somehow I figured out how to sort myself out...which I did but few days later as I played back events that occurred during the week, it struck me to realize that, as much as we think we are relevant to the society, our completeness hinges on the ability of the next person to play his role effectively. That is the beauty of life's colourful design. Life is designed such that man enjoys the combination of skills, persona, and dexterity.

Most times, people appreciate what they have when it is no longer within their reach.

The synergy of the colours in the sky makes the rainbow come alive as attractive as it is...therefore, as you function and dedicate your energy to be valuable to your world, see the beauty that radiates in others and collectively shine to illuminate the world.
