We all know that the heart  is our power house, therefore we must ensure that we take good care of it. Here are a few tips to guide you:

Cut down on Salt. Too much salt can cause high blood pressure, and as such increase the risk of developing coronary heart disease.

Watch your diet. Try to have a balanced diet. Each fresh fruits and vegetables, starch foods such as wholegrain bread and rice.

Monitor your Bp, blood sugar and cholesterol level. Routine medical check-ups will ring an alarm, if you need medical help.

Laughter is the best therapy. Laughter, anytime will work wonders for you. It instantly relieves pressure, and will make you feel light too.

Cut back on foods that contain partially hydrogenated vegetable oils to reduce trans fat in your diet.
