If I don’t like my post, who will? 💭


Someone once said it’s not good to like your own posts, that it makes you look desperate.


But I totally disagree.


I like my posts because I love what I create. I like my posts because I’m proud of my voice, my message, and my growth.


It’s not desperation; it’s self-affirmation.

If I can’t appreciate my own work, how can I expect others to see its worth?


So yes... I’ll keep liking my posts, celebrating my little wins, and showing up with joy.


Because confidence isn’t arrogance. It’s simply saying, “I believe in what God has placed in me.” 🌸

IT'S TIME TO DETACH FROM YOUR STORIES.

  A lot of us talk about our stories; in fact, we find comfort in talking about them. But from my own experience, I have realised that our stories restrict us.  There's this terrible feeling of regret and sadness when we talk about the things that lowered us. It's a weight that we carry around with us every day, with the hope that someone (with his or her own baggage) validates our story; which in real sense is an obstacle to our true freedom.  These stories limit us, yet we continue to hold on to them. But, friend, it is time to detach from your stories; let it go. You have learnt your lessons, now its time to drop that story and move on‼️
