MONDAY THOUGHT
Leadership is temporary. Impact is not.
Titles change. Positions shift. Seasons end. But the imprint a leader leaves on people, systems, and values remains long after they’ve moved on.
Legacy is not built in grand moments alone; it is shaped daily by the decisions we make, the standards we uphold, and the way we treat people when no reward is attached.
Every instruction you give, every boundary you set, every example you model is a seed. In time, it will produce a harvest---good or otherwise.
Wise leaders think beyond visibility and success. They think in terms of stewardship, values, and the future they are preparing others to inherit.
So, my question is, if your leadership season ended today, what would people say you stood for?
