Eat less crap and eat more healthy foods.

Examples of Craps are: 

Carbonated drinks, Refined sugar, Artificial sweeteners and colours, Processed foods and more. Kindly share some of the craps you know. 😊

Examples of healthy foods are:

Water: is very important. 

Fruits: Berries, Oranges, Mango, Pineapple, Cucumber, Avocado, Kiwi etc.

Dark green Vegetables: Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, Brussel sprouts. 

Whole Grains: Oatmeal, Rye, Barley, Whole wheat flour, Amaranth.

Beans and Lentils.

Organic lean protein.

Fish: Salmon, Tuna, Sardines, Trout.

Soy Protein

Nuts: Cashew nuts, Flaxseed, Seeds. 

Organic Yogurt.
