But from my own experience, I have realised that our stories restrict us.  There's this terrible feeling of regret and sadness when we talk about the things that lowered us. It's a weight that we carry around with us every day, with the hope that someone (with his or her own baggage) validates our story; which in real sense is an obstacle to our true freedom.  These stories limit us, yet we continue to hold on to them. But, friend, it is time to detach from your stories; let it go. You have learnt your lessons, now its time to drop that story and move on‼️
