WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE IT A HABIT

DON'T JUST OVERRATE "BIG"- IT IS NOT FAR FETCHED!


We all want to do big things with our lives, but the truth is that change, happens over time. It is something you will have to practice gradually and keep at.


It is not the size of the task that matters, but the frequency. It is not about how far you have gone, but how well. It is not about starting a thing, but how consistent you are at it to finish what you have started. I got from my series of  research, that for you to make it a habit to succeed, You will have to: 

Set a goal (a positive goal)

Decide on a habit that when practiced over time, will get you to your set goal because "we are what we repeatedly do"(Quote by Aristotle).

No matter what, ensure that you practice the habit daily. Do not wait for a better time to do it. If you have only a minute to spare, just do it. That is how habit is created. You succeed when you choose a particular life style and do not waver at the face of any challenge.

You do not need to feel guilty or discouraged on the day or days you miss, just get back up  and continue. Ensure you do not miss again. Just keep at it gradually- your chances are as big as the sky! Photo credit : leocub
