THE ART OF INTEGRITY -DRIVEN INFLUENCE.

Image
I saw this and I thought it's wise to share. It makes good sense and I love it. ❤️ πŸ”Ή Don’t just show people what you want them to see. πŸ”Ή Don’t just show them what they want to see either. 🎯 The real power lies in knowing what matters to your audience, and delivering it with truth, value, and authenticity. In branding, storytelling, or leadership, it’s tempting to craft a version of yourself or your message to impress. But real impact comes from aligning what people care about with what you’re truly about. ✅ Speak their language ✅ Solve their problems ✅ But never lose your voice in the process I hope this helps someone.🫢

THE WHISPER OF HOPE

Image
Some days, life speaks loud. Other days, it’s the hope whispers that hold you together. Maybe today is not loud with success or bursting with big wins. But in the stillness, there is a sacred kind of strength rising. The kind that reminds you that, You are deeply seen. You are gently carried. You are divinely remembered. Let your soul lean into the calm. Let your heart trust in GOD and GOD alone. Because even here, even now, You are on holy ground. Keep going. Heaven is not done with your story yet. πŸ’«

RELEASE THE PRESSURE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE "ON" EVERY DAY

Image
We live in a world that glorifies productivity, where rest can sometimes feel like a guilty pleasure and stillness is often mistaken for stagnation. But I want to offer you a gentle reminder today: You are not a machine. You don’t need to be accomplishing something every single day. Some moments are not meant for outcomes. They are meant for being. For living. For breathing in the beauty of right now. For soaking in the fruitfulness of life just as it is. Yes, you have responsibilities. Yes, you have dreams. But those don’t need to define your every waking moment. Carrying them around like a badge of honor may feel noble, but unchecked, it becomes a quiet form of self-burdening. What if rest is part of the plan? What if slowing down is a sacred act? What if your worth was never meant to be tied to constant motion? Breathe in tranquility. Breathe out the inner noise that says you’re not doing enough. When we learn to lead from a place of gratitude, we begin to elevate—not through strivi...

USE YOUR GIFT. DON'T DOWNPLAY IT.

Image
Look at how many plays our song has already received, and it’s only been a week since we released it last Friday! Just imagine how many hearts have been touched… how many lives have been blessed, healed, and set free.πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ✨ Some of us were gifted with the power of words. Others with the heart to serve.✨🫢 And some, like me, were given the gift of song; the ability to speak life through music, to stir hope, healing, and faith in the hearts of others. It took me a long while to realize that this gift wasn’t just for me.πŸ€— It wasn’t for applause or perfection. It was meant to lift, to comfort, to remind someone that they are not alone. Your gift, whatever it may be, was given to you with purpose. Use it. Don't downplay it. Don't silence it because of fear, comparison, or doubt. 🎡 Maybe your song is different. Maybe it's how you lead. Maybe it’s how you write, speak, teach, nurture, or create. But trust me, the world needs your sound. Don’t bury what God has placed in ...

PUNCTUALITY ⏰

Image
Punctuality speaks volumes without saying a word. To me, it is not just about being on time, it is about honoring commitments and valuing others.  In a world where everyone is busy, showing up on time is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to show respect.🌹

MISTAKES AS TEACHERS

Image
Whew. I once made a decision that cost me time, money, and countless hours of sleep. At the time, it felt like a complete disaster. I questioned everything, my judgment, my readiness, even my worth. But looking back now, with some space and grace, I realize it was necessary. That decision humbled me. It taught me what books couldn’t. It sharpened my discernment and nudged me closer to the version of myself I was meant to become. See, mistakes don’t mean you’re foolish. They mean you’re learning. They refine your instincts. They peel away pride. And if you let them, they become some of your greatest teachers. We’re often so hard on ourselves for getting it wrong. But what if getting it wrong is part of getting it right? So today, I want to invite you to reflect with me: What’s one mistake you now see as a blessing in disguise? Was it a wrong turn that led you to the right place? A failure that gave you fresh eyes? A loss that revealed what truly matters? πŸ’¬ Share your story. Someone out...

PEOPLE DON'T JUST FOLLOW WHAT YOU SAY, THEY FOLLOW WHAT YOU LIVE

Image
Let us be honest, people can smell inauthenticity from a mile away. They may nod at your words, but they won’t truly follow you unless your life backs them up. You don’t need to announce that you are a leader. You don’t need a stage, a spotlight, or a fancy title to prove it. Leadership is revealed in how you live, in your consistency, in your character, and in the quiet ways you show up when no one is clapping. How do you treat people when they can’t offer you anything in return? Do you honor your word even when it costs you? Do your values stay intact under pressure? These are the questions that define real authority. Because the truth is, your message does not carry weight because it’s well crafted. It carries weight because it’s true to you. And when what you say aligns with how you live, trust is built, deeply and naturally. That is the kind of authority I want. Not borrowed. Not forced. But earned, over time. Grown quietly. Watered daily. Rooted in integrity. Let your life be you...

TUESDAY THOUGHTS

Image
Every day won't start with fireworks or finish with a standing ovation. But if you're showing up, doing your best, and staying true to your values, you're already winning. Keep going. The little things you're doing today are planting seeds for a beautiful tomorrow. Let the grace of God lead you. Let peace anchor you. Let joy surprise you. Happy Tuesday, my friend. You've got this. Have you listened to I Di Nma? Oya click on the link πŸ‘‡  https://www.submithub.com/link/i-fee-sound-and-chinemerem-and-omashines-i-di-nma

I DI NMA

Life moves fast. And sometimes, when things feel unresolved or delayed, it’s easy to miss the quiet, faithful hand of God at work behind the scenes. But when we slow down, even briefly,  When we breathe and reflect, We begin to see it: The goodness of God in the everyday. In the little things. In the waiting. That’s the heart of our new song: "I DI NMA by my one and only I-fee Sound featuring Chinemerem and Omashines. This song is a beautiful reminder that GOD can be trusted and He never leaves His own. To rejoice again in His faithfulness, even when the full picture hasn’t come together yet. To find joy in the faithfulness and goodness of GOD. Let it minister to your heart. Let it lift your spirit. Then, share it with someone who needs that reminder too. 🎧 Click to listen I DI NMA. πŸ‘‡ https://www.submithub.com/link/i-fee-sound-and-chinemerem-and-omashines-i-di-nma

BEFORE YOU SAY YES, REMEMBER THIS.

Image
You are responsible for your choices, yes, even the quiet ones, the delayed ones, the ones you make by saying nothing at all. Sometimes, we ignore the signs. That small discomfort. That little voice. That red flag waving gently in the distance. Maybe you’re thinking, “He loves me, he’ll change.” Or, “This opportunity looks too good to miss, everything will sort itself out.” But here’s the truth: What you ignore now will come knocking later. That subtle issue you’re overlooking in your relationship won’t stay hidden. In marriage, it could grow into something harder to bear. Those warning signs you noticed before launching into that business or commitment? They don’t disappear, they simply wait for the right moment to demand your attention. So before you say yes to anything life-changing,  Pause. Breathe. Pray. Ask God. Seek His face. Know His mind about what you’re about to do. This is not about being fearful. This is about being wise. It’s not delay. It’s divine protection. You don...

THE SILENT THIEF CALLED ASSUMPTION

Image
Assumption is subtle. Quiet. But powerful enough to create cracks where there should be connection. In leadership, assumption builds distance. We assume our team knows what we meant. We assume silence equals agreement. We assume they don’t need to hear our appreciation because “they already know.” But they don’t always know. They may be wondering. Waiting. Needing. In relationships, assumption builds walls. We assume they should have known how we felt. We assume they meant to hurt us. We assume they don’t care, simply because they didn’t respond the way we expected. And in life generally, assumption steals clarity. We begin to live in our heads instead of in truth. We stop asking, stop clarifying, and start reacting to a story we’ve built, not necessarily the reality. But what if… They didn’t mean to ignore us? They were simply overwhelmed? They’re struggling silently? Or maybe they’re just unaware? What if one kind question could clear up what days of silence never will? Let’s choose ...

DISCERNMENT OVER DECORATION

Image
We live in a world that’s obsessed with appearances, with noise, glitter, and performance.  Everywhere you turn, there is something new to chase, somewhere else to be, another version of yourself to become (lol). It is easy to get caught up in it, the pressure to show up “shiny,” to look the part even when your soul is weary. But lately, I’ve been drawn to something deeper. Discernment. The quiet knowing. The sacred pause before the yes. That inner nudge that says, “Wait. Look again.” It is not every open door that’s meant for you. Not every “opportunity” is an assignment. And not everyone who applauds is genuinely cheering. Discernment helps you sift. It helps you see beyond the decoration, beyond the flattering words, the staged smiles, the sparkling promises. It helps you choose what aligns, not just what looks good. And the more I lean into it, the more I realize that di scernment is a gift. It protects your peace. It guards your purpose. So this season, I  hope you  ...

WEEKEND UNWIND 🌿

Image
This weekend, allow yourself to simply be. No pressure to perform. No need to prove. Let the pace slow. Let the silence speak. Let your heart feel light again. You have carried enough this week, now choose calm, softness, and small joys. May this weekend meet you with gentleness.🌹

SURRENDER DOES NOT MEAN LETTING YOUR GUARD DOWNπŸ’‚

Image
Surrender does not mean letting your guard down. It means knowing when to lay down the right weapons. Too often, we confuse surrender with defeat, as if it means making ourselves an easy target. But the truth is, surrender is an act of strength and wisdom. A warrior does not win by swinging blindly at every shadow. They win by knowing when to fight, when to stand firm, and when to rest. Surrender is accepting that not every battle is yours to fight. It is making space for clarity, peace, and growth. It’s saying, “I can’t control this, and that’s okay.” It doesn’t mean you’ve lost. It doesn’t mean you’re weaker. It means you’re choosing strength over strain, trust over tension, wisdom over worry. Surrender does not make you a quitter. It makes you a victor, because it takes courage to release what you can’t carry, and wisdom to focus on what you can.  However, this does not mean surrendering to the devil. It means casting all your cares on God, for He cares and will carry you on His...

TRUE TEACHING IS AN ACT OF LOVE 🌹

Image
The best mentors and teachers understand that their role is to equip others for success, even if that means seeing the student rise higher.  True teaching is an act of love. True mentoring is an investment meant to bear fruit. True leadership is about making room for others to stand tall, perhaps even taller than ourselves. A teacher who embraces this does not fear your growth. Instead, they celebrate it, knowing that your victory is a reflection of the seeds they have sown. --- What To Do When You Experience This If you have felt the sting of rejection or felt undervalued by someone you looked up to, remember this: ✅ Not every teacher will champion your future. ✅ Not every guide can handle seeing their student fly. ✅ But that doesn’t mean you should clip your own wings. Keep growing. Stay grateful for those who genuinely want you to win, and pray for those who can’t accept it. Let their resistance teach you resilience. Let their silence deepen your resolve. Let their skepticism ig...

SOMETIMES IT IS NOT YOU. IT IS WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN AROUND.🌿

Image
Have you ever been around someone with a strong body or mouth odour and suddenly started to wonder, “Is this coming from me?” You shift in your seat, sniff your shirt, and doubt yourself, only to realize later it was never you in the first place. This is not just about scents, it is about life. It is about how easy it is to carry feelings, labels, or burdens that don’t belong to us, just because we have been too close to their source. It is a kind reminder to be mindful of the spaces we stay in and the people we surround ourselves with. Not every discomfort is yours to bear. Not every “smell” is yours to carry. Sometimes, all you need to do is step back, breathe, and remember your own worth. Trust God who lives inside of you. Stay rooted in who you are. What does not belong to you does not have to stay with you.🌷🫢

NEW WEEK, NEW ENERGY πŸ’ͺ

Image
There is something hopeful about a new week. It is like a quiet whisper reminding us, “You can begin again.” No matter how last week felt, the wins, the setbacks, the moments you were not so sure; this morning arrives with a fresh breath of grace. A chance to slow down, to refocus, and to carry ourselves with a bit more kindness, a bit more strength, a bit more peace. A new week does not ask for perfection. It simply asks for presence. To show up as you are, to do the best you can, and to trust that every small step matters. So as you step into these days, know that you have all it takes to make this chapter worth it. You have the heart, the grit, and the grace to rise and try again. Here is to a new week and a fresh wave of energy to walk it well. πŸŒ…

TO THE ONE WHO STILL BELIEVES ✍️

Image
You are not crazy for holding on to the vision. You are not naive for believing in what your heart knows is possible. You are not foolish for standing when others walked away. Some dreams are so deeply woven into your spirit that no outside voice can uproot them. Even when the world doubts you, even when opinions grow louder than support, you stay anchored in faith. Because you know something they don’t. You’ve seen it in the quiet moments. Felt it in the stillness. Heard it in the whispers only your soul could understand. What is yours is not up for debate. It is not waiting for the approval of the crowd. It is coming, because you believed. So hold your head high, heart steady, and hands open. You don’t need validation to walk boldly. You only need faith that won’t flinch in the face of delay. They may not see it yet, but you do. And that’s more than enough.🌹🫢

KEEP WALKING, EVEN WHEN IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE YET.✨

Image
There is something sacred about the journey we are all on; how the pieces don’t always fit in the moment, but somehow, when we glance back, the picture begins to form. I have learnt that not everything is meant to make sense right away. Some lessons only reveal themselves in the silence after the storm. Some answers are whispered in hindsight. And yet, we are still asked to walk step by step, day by day, with grace, with hope, and sometimes with nothing but faith. Growth does not always feel like strength. Sometimes, it feels like surrender. Like letting go of timelines. Like trusting the process when you don’t see the progress. Healing does not always look like joy either. It can look like rest. Like drawing boundaries. Like choosing peace over proving a point. But here is the truth that keeps me going,  Your becoming is not just for you. Someone out there will find light through the fire you survived. Your healing will echo hope into places you may never see. So please, don’t sto...

ROOTED AND FLOWING

Image
In a world that often demands we choose one way of being, nature whispers a different truth. You can be grounded like the tree, anchored and unwavering. And you can flow like the waterfall, soft, strong, and ever-moving. Let this moment remind you that, balance is not found in perfection, but in presence.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

Image
There is something deeply special about fathers. It is in the way they show up, even when words fail. In their strength, their steady hands, and the way they carry so much with grace and grit. Today, we celebrate you. The fathers who give and give, who love without asking for applause, who lead with humility and serve with all their hearts. Whether you are a biological dad, a stepdad, a mentor, a guardian, or simply someone who has taken up the role of a father in someone’s life, you matter. Your presence shapes lives. Your love lays foundations. Your sacrifices are not forgotten. Thank you for every early morning, every late night, every prayer, every lesson taught by example. Thank you for being a safe place. For being strong when life demanded it. For being soft when it mattered most. May this day bring you joy, rest, and a beautiful reminder that who you are makes a difference, more than words can say. Happy Father’s Day. We love you.🌹❤️

A RAINY SATURDAY MORNING THOUGHT

Image
There is something sacred about a rainy morning. The rhythm of the rain against the window, the stillness it brings, the way it gently slows everything down. It is a reminder to pause. To breathe. To reflect. Sometimes, the most productive thing we can do is to simply be, to rest, to realign, to receive fresh inspiration. This morning, I am choosing presence over pressure. Gratitude over grind. Stillness over striving. Let the rain water not just the earth, but also your soul. Have a peaceful Saturday. 🌧️🌿

LOVING WITHOUT LOSING YOURSELF πŸ’ž

Image
There comes a time when we must accept that we cannot fix someone, no matter how deeply we care. Healing is a personal journey, and each person must walk that path on their own. It is not easy to step back when your heart wants to help. But when someone is not ready to receive love or support, even your purest intentions can feel heavy. In trying to rescue them, you may begin to lose pieces of yourself. Real love knows when to hold on and when to release. Sometimes, the most loving thing you can do is to let them grow through their own experience. You can still pray for them, believe in their healing, and wish them well. But in the process, don’t forget to protect your peace. You are allowed to love without losing yourself. You are allowed to let go with grace.🌹

A GENTLE TUESDAY THOUGHT 🌿

Image
It is a beautiful Tuesday. Not the kind that shouts or sparkles, just one that quietly shows up. The air feels slower today. Like it is inviting me to pause, to notice the breeze, to let go of the rush. I did not wake up with all the answers. But I did wake up. And somehow, that is enough, because I know that God's mercy is new every morning.☺️ There is something soft and sacred about days like this, where the goal is not to impress, but just to be. To breathe. To lean into grace and let the day unfold as it will. If you are feeling a little in-between, I hope you find something or someone to help you smile. Even if it’s just for a moment. Here is to the quiet strength of simply being. And to the kind of peace that finds you when you stop chasing it.🌹

WALKING THROUGH THE FIRE πŸ”₯

Image
There are seasons when life feels like fire; hot, fierce, consuming. But fire does more than burn. It refines. It purifies. It prepares.❤️‍πŸ”₯ If you are walking through the fire right now, take heart. You are not being destroyed. You are being strengthened. You are not alone. Grace walks with you. Let the fire reveal your gold. Let it shape the warrior within you.🧩 Keep walking. You are coming out brighter. You are coming out better. You are coming out new.🌹

WHO ARE YOU?

Image
It is a simple question. Three words. But sometimes, they stop us in our tracks. Who are you? We often respond with titles. Roles. “I'm a mother.” “A teacher.” “An artist.” “A professional.” But beyond the titles, Beyond the daily demands and the faces we wear for the world, Who are you, really? For me, it took time to answer honestly. And some days, the answer still evolves. But here is what I now know. I am a soul wrapped in grace. I am a voice, not the loudest, but one that lifts. I am a woman who has faced challenges, seen joy, and carries herself gracefully. I am called to heal, to encourage, to remind people that they matter. I am light,  Not perfect, but willing. I am a hand that reaches, a heart that listens, a spirit that still believes in goodness. And you?😊 You are more than what you do. You are more than what the world says about you. You are a story unfolding, a light becoming, a beautiful work in progress. So when next you hear, "Who are you?" Don’t just ...

IT IS NOT ALWAYS ABOUT SECRECY.🌿

Image
Sometimes, people don’t tell you the truth, not because they want to lie, but because you have not given them permission to be honest. It is not always about secrecy. Often, it’s about safety. Emotional safety. Your friend, your sibling, your spouse, they may have tried to be truthful once, maybe twice. But when truth met resistance, they quietly tucked their honesty away. They saw your walls. The defensiveness. The need to always be right. And so they stopped showing up with the raw, uncomfortable truths, not out of spite, but out of self-preservation and love. Sometimes, they choose silence over friction. Or they tell you only what your heart seems willing to receive. Not because they don’t care, but because they do, and they don’t want to be shut out for trying. The truth is: people don’t always withhold truth to deceive you. Sometimes, they withhold it because your reactions taught them to. But here’s the weight of it all: The truth they are withholding might be the v...

HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A SHOOTING 🌠 STAR

Image
It was in 2022, during one of those peaceful early morning runs with my husband, just before dawn, around 5am. The world was quiet, wrapped in that stillness only the early hours can bring. As we jogged, I happened to lift my eyes to the sky, and there it was, a shooting star, streaking across the heavens. It was my very first time seeing one. In that fleeting, magical moment, I remembered what we used to hear as children: “When you see a shooting star, make a wish.” So I did. Not just one, but two heartfelt wishes, whispered in awe before the light disappeared. And guess what? They both came true. The first wish was answered in less than a month. The second followed within six months. Both were deep, impossible needs, miracle-level things only God could do. I had hoped they would happen before our 10th wedding anniversary in 2023, but I honestly didn’t know how. Nothing around me looked like it. There were no signs, no hints. Just a quiet hope, and a shooting star. But it happened. Ag...
