Dear Heart,


The world rushes and roars, but your soul was made for stillness.

In the quiet, God whispers secrets meant only for you.

In the pause, your strength is renewed.


You are not missing out by slowing down.

You are being rooted, grounded deeply in the soil of grace.


Take a deep breath today.

Pause. Listen. Feel His nearness.

You are not falling behind, you are falling into alignment. Believe that.


Still waters run deep, and so does your calling.🌹
