KICK OFF THE FEAR AND BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN!



It is normal to be afraid, because fear is the primary mechanism of a healthy psyche. Truth is, everyone is afraid of something. 


These factors, fear and anxiety warn us of potential danger and keep us from taking unnecessary risks. However, the thing is that there is not always a real danger behind anxiety; often, there is something else. For instance, fear of the new and unknown, uncertainty, rejection, or shame. Because of such unfounded fears, we do not apply to the university of our dreams or do not take that big step towards implementing on that idea. In such cases, fear keeps us from getting what we want. It acts as a brake, forcing us to stay in our comfort zone, even if we don’t feel comfortable there. And that means we have to get the better of it.
