STRENGTH FOR THE JOURNEY

Reflection:

Life is a journey, sometimes smooth, other times steep and rocky. Day by day, we face pressures, responsibilities, and uncertainties. But the good news is: we are never expected to go it alone. God offers us fresh strength, not just once in a while, but daily. He meets us right where we are, tired, overwhelmed, or unsure, and breathes renewed energy into our souls.

Even in our weakest moments, His grace proves sufficient. Like manna in the wilderness, His strength is portioned out each day. All we need to do is come.

Encouragement:

Are you feeling drained today? Take a moment to breathe and surrender. Whisper a prayer. Let your heart be still. His strength is available, and it is made perfect in your weakness.

Prayer:

Lord, I receive Your strength today. Help me not to rely on my own energy but to draw from Your endless supply. In every challenge, let me remember that You are with me, upholding me. Amen.
