WHEN ALL HOPE IS LOST
Key Scripture:
“Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.” ~ Psalm 42:11 (ESV)
Devotional Thought:
There are moments when the weight of life crushes even the strongest hearts. Dreams fade. Doors close. Silence grows louder than words. In these moments, hope seems like a distant memory. But here is truth: God has not forgotten you. The end of your strength is not the end of His story.
Hope is not the absence of pain, it is the presence of God in the middle of it. Like David, you may need to talk to your soul today and say, “Hope in God.” When all hope seems lost, heaven whispers, “I am still here.” Your comeback begins not with answers, but with faith in the One who holds tomorrow.
Reflection:
Have you stopped hoping? It is okay. Breathe. God is not done with you. Even now, He is working behind the scenes. Start again by whispering, “I trust You, Lord.”
Prayer:
Lord, when everything feels lost and broken, remind me that You are near. Lift my eyes from despair to Your promises. Breathe hope back into my soul. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
