WATCH THEM BLOSSOM

Like well groomed flowers....

People rise or fall to meet our level of expectation for them. If you express scepticism and doubt in others, they will return your lack of confidence with mediocrity. But if you believe in them and expect them to do well, they will wear themselves out trying to be the best they can be because someone believes in their ability to go beyond boarders...and in the process, both of you benefit. 

If you have never been one to trust people and believe in their abilities, change your way of thinking and begin believing in people GOD has placed on your destiny path. When you express your confidence in people, you give him or her an incredible gift, maybe the best gift you can give to another person. Give money and it will soon be spent, give resources and it may not be used to the greatest advantage,  but give them your faith, and they become confident, energized, and self reliant. They become motivated to acquire what they need to succeed on their own...and then later if you share money, resources,  and  incentives,  they are better able to use them to build a better future. You have watched them blossom, and they have expanded your grounds.
