Here's what I know, and you can do your findings by trying it out. Trust me, you will stop drinking cold water or  even substitutes like coffee and soda drinks.

It's a powerful home remedy for pain alleviation, like headaches and menstrual pain, cramps and any other forms of pain.

It improves blood circulation by eliminating fat deposits in the body as well as accumulating deposits in the nervous system.
