TUESDAY HEALTH TIP. A GOOD SLEEP, A GOOD BRAIN.
A good sleep of about 7-8 hours is healthy for the brain to function effectively. This theory has been proven over the years. And also, lack of sleep, makes the brain not to function effectively as it should, which could be harmful to your health.
Asides that, when your brain doesn't function well, it will affect everything in you, which also includes poor retentive memory and your general well being.
Early to bed, early to rise, makes you wise. That's my own invented adage. So, try to go to bed early, so you can get enough good sleep, and you'd wake up early feeling revitalized. A sound and healthy sleep helps your brain to function well.
