YOU DON'T HAVE TO PRETEND TO BE STRONG

There is a silent pressure in our world to keep it all together, to smile when you are breaking, to lead while you are bleeding, to inspire even when you feel empty. But the truth is, strength is not in pretending. It is in acknowledging your fears and standing up to it.

It is okay to say, “I’m not okay.” It is okay to rest. It is okay to ask for help.

You are not weak because you feel. You are human.

Let us normalize healing. Let us honor the pauses. Let us create space for truth.

Because wholeness begins where pretending ends.
