The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change', and in our life we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change! All you need to do is to make up your mind to be happy!  Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it is a way to make a life more wonderful and also more healthy. You can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull you would want to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy. And the easiest way to be happy is by being grateful. Gratitude is absolutely the way to bring more into your life.  Being grateful is a great attitude. We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner, thank your spouse for helping you out, thank your children for being well behaved etc...and most impor

If it does not challenge you, it will not change you! This is so true!  The great milestones I have had in my life was as a result of the challenges I faced and won, because I did not allow the challenges to  bring me down, instead I used them as a stepping stone to rise. In fact the truth is, every great man and woman rose as a result of their challenges- trials, tribulations, disappointments from friends and colleagues even from a loved one and so on.  Listen friend,  until that situation challenges you, your eyes of understanding will never open. You want change? Then do not shy away from your challenges! Work it right through and you will have a whole new life's transforming experience. The truth is, beyond your challenges lies your breakthrough, only if you do not give up!

EAGLES LOVE THE STORM!

When clouds gather, the eagle gets extremely excited; because once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to rise above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. Meanwhile, all the other birds hide in the leaves and branches of the trees. Which one are you? Other birds or an Eagle. The Eagle, as said earlier gets excited when they face an opposition- they use the storms of life, the setbacks,  the mistakes to rise to greater heights. As an eagle, relish the challenges you are facing right now and use them profitably! The Eagle does not follow the trend; never unstable, very focused!  You must stay focused on your goal (even when your 5 senses are screaming discouragement, fear and doubt) in order to achieve success. I have never seen a focused man or woman who stayed down! They soar! You too can soar even higher; just stayed focused, learn your lessons from your mistakes and get best!

Why is it so easy for so many people to stay focused on past misfortune? What good does it do them?  Let go. Stop clinging to the pain of the past. There is nothing you can do about the wrongs of yesterday. It is not yours to judge. Why hold on to the very thing that keeps you from hope and love?

Someone once said that to "make that change"  you must start with “the man in the mirror”. That means you.  Whatever circumstance you find yourself in today that you are not happy or satisfied with, you can change. Just make the choice. Jim Rohn, one of my favourite motivational speakers, put it so eloquently: “Any day we wish; we can discipline ourselves to change it all. Any day we wish; we can open the book that will open our mind to new knowledge. Any day we wish; we can start a new activity. Any day we wish; we can start the process of life change. We can do it immediately, or next week, or next month, or next year.” Any day we wish!
