Most times, what you confess is what is in your heart, "for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.  And so you know, there is a great deal of power in your tongue.  To a very large extent, your words influence your life. Believe it or not, where you are now is as a result of your confession! When you voice what is inside of you, it is either your spirit is lifted or dampened, depending on whether your confession is positive or negative. That is why no matter who the person is, I immediately counter any negative words said to me, whether harshly or jokingly.  Remember, the power of life and death is in the tongue. So be extremely careful what you say or confess with your mouth! Always confess positively! Love yourself enough to believe that you deserve only the best; then speak the best into your life!

Worry and anxiety are no solution to any problem. In fact, worry makes you see a problem  where there is none, or makes your challenge look bigger than it really is.  That is to say, worry makes a mountain out of a molehill. You create more problems to yourself rather than solve the ones you have or think you have when you are worried. You will always have a troubled mind or get easily heartbroken because of too much expectations from the wrong source.  The venom of worry can make you perpetually sick and eventually send you to an early grave! Research has it that worry causes over 100 ailments and diseases.  Need I say more? So why are you worrying? Stop making a big deal out of your situation. It could be to stop be awhile or to prepare you for a great future ahead. Now you  see that you have nothing to worry  about! Just Believe!

A person will be just about as happy as they make up their minds to be. Happiness is a state of mind. And when you make up your mind to be happy, nothing external can make you unhappy!
