Is there something others have been trying to help you see about yourself that needs to change? Proverbs 12:15 says, “The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice.” Could it be true that GOD is speaking to you through those who love you most? Denying the truth does not change the fact. If more than two trusted friends or family members have suggested that we change some certain aspect of our lives that are unhealthy, maybe it’s time for us to pause and pay attention.  We all need that true person(s) in our lives that will always tell us the truth, even if the rest of the world is giving us accolades.  It is truly a blessing to have sincere and truthful people in our lives who will always tell us the truth or call us to order, even if it hurts.

TUESDAY HEALTH TIPS.

Eat less crap and eat more healthy foods. Examples of Craps are:  Carbonated drinks, Refined sugar, Artificial sweeteners and colours, Processed foods and more. Kindly share some of the craps you know. 😊 Examples of healthy foods are: Water: is very important.  Fruits: Berries, Oranges, Mango, Pineapple, Cucumber, Avocado, Kiwi etc. Dark green Vegetables: Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, Brussel sprouts.  Whole Grains: Oatmeal, Rye, Barley, Whole wheat flour, Amaranth. Beans and Lentils. Organic lean protein. Fish: Salmon, Tuna, Sardines, Trout. Soy Protein Nuts: Cashew nuts, Flaxseed, Seeds.  Organic Yogurt.  Kindly share some of the healthy foods you know. We'll like to learn more.  Happy healthy living. 😊
