Make sure to have a balanced diet that includes fresh fruits, low-fat milk, high fiber cereals, boiled egg, and whole wheat toast and more.  Apple juice email can fight Alzheimer's disease. Drinking at least two glasses a day helps to reduce the formation of sticky plagues which can be found in the brains of dementia patients.  Be very much in touch with your family and friends, as it promotes good health.  Continue to lead a healthy lifestyle!

Do not worry about inspiration. You cannot force it; inspiration hits when you least expect it to, for those unpredictable yet inevitable moments you should prepare! An idea could strike you on the subway, yet alas, you poor unfortunate soul; you have no sheet of paper to scribble down a thought that could change the world. Avoid these disasters. Have a pen and paper within your arm's reach at all times.  And hey, never tell a young person that anything cannot be done. GOD may have been waiting centuries for someone ignorant of the impossible to do "that very thing!"

Thoughts are very powerful. They affect our general attitude. The attitude we carry reflects on your appearance, unless, of course, you are a great actor. Lol And it doesn't end there. Your attitude can also affect people around you. This is so true!  The type of attitude you carry depends on you. It can be either positive or negative. Positive thoughts have a filling effect. They are admittedly invigorating. Plus, the people around the person carrying positive thoughts are usually energized by this type of attitude. Negative thoughts on the other hand have a sapping effect on other people. It makes you look gloomy and sad, and can turn a fun gathering into a very sad moment. Our attitude is also defined by the way we look at the world. If you choose to focus on the negative things in the world, more or less you have a negative attitude brewing up. However, if you choose to focus on the positive things, you are more likely carry a positive attitude.

It is okay to cry when you experience pain. But do not let pain transform itself into fear! It might grab you by the tail and swing you around, but you MUST treat each failure and mistake as a lesson. More so, do not wrap yourself up with all the negativities of the world. Always learn how to make the best out of worst situations! GOOD MORNING FRIENDS! 

WHO IS PULLING YOUR STRINGS?

Who is in control of your life and your destiny? Do you have a clear picture of where you are and where you are going or are you blinded and walking around in a daze? If you are curious enough and look around you, it won’t take much to come to the conclusion that most people are living like lost puppets. They have lost all control of their lives and live according to what circumstance dictates or on someone else's opinions.  Even sadder is the fact that most have resigned themselves to the situation and see no way out of the drudgery, meaninglessness and emptiness of their lives. There are perhaps the fortunate ones, who realize that something is wrong. The more unfortunate do not even realize the futility of their existence. They are “lost” because they are either reading the wrong road map of life or they are using the correct map but going in the wrong direction. They are not in the driver’s seat! Someone else is actually pulling the strings.  So my question is

Laughter can boost the immune system. Try to have have a good laugh at least 20 times daily. It cuts down stress hormones while stimulating killer T- cells known to fight cancer!  While you are eating, you don't have to finish the big portions on your plate. Just eat the smallest portion that will satisfy your hunger and don't think that you always need to finish everything.  Stay away from frying. Even though frying is the easiest way to cook, there are other healthier methods like boiling, steaming, roasting, baking and poaching. Just try as much as you can to stay away from fried foods.  Health is wealth. So be sure to always stay healthy! 

JUST A FEW DROPS OF BITTER EXTRACT WILL RUIN IT ALL!

The finest spirits, the most exquisite wines, the nectars and ambrosias of modern tables, will be all spoilt by a few drops of bitter extract; and a bad temper has the same effect in life, which is made up, not of great sacrifices or duties, but of little things, in which smiles and kindness, and small obligations given habitually, are what win and preserve the heart, and secure comfort.  In the course of my life, it has been my experience that the more smiles, hugs, compliments, kindness, compassion, mercy, forgiveness, and love I give to others, the more I receive back- making me more blessed by my gifts. And it is through that giving of myself, in which a lasting impression upon my soul is left- the things that have touched my heart are the things that stay with me, that keep me constantly aware of how positive life is (no matter the negativity), how powerful a simple smile can prove to be!
