Just like you workout to build and strengthen your muscles, your brain, too, requires proper exercises to sharpen itself.  Whenever you are engaging yourself in some activities, you are exercising your brain. Consider practicing activities, such as puzzles, crafts, reading quality books that will improve your thinking and writing skills, books that force you to really focus painting, and other recreational activities that will refresh and rejuvenate you and your mind, in particular. Sodas, coffee, energy drink and alcohol drinks contain a lot of calories. It concentrates more on making your belly fats bigger. Whenever you feel thirsty, the cheapest and most helpful for your body is to grab a glass of water or diluted freshly squeezed juice instead. Junk foods literally mean useless! It does no good at all to your body. It is high in sodium, calories and a lot of chemical ingredients to attract Buyers with the artificial flavoring.  Instead of buying junk food for snacks, substitute it with nutritious fruits and vegetables! 😀 Happy New Month Friends... xxx

If you want to accomplish your goals and become successful in life, you have to believe in yourself.  Someone said something today that I really took to heart- that no one can encourage you but you.  As much as that is true, if you are with someone who does not believe in your dreams because you failed a couple of times, then you are most likely to lose it!  So firstly, you must believe in yourself and see the possibilities of your dreams coming true. You may not know how, but your belief will take you to where your heart has imagined - even if it is beyond the sky.  All successful men and women today are doing well because they believed in themselves ( when no one else did) and were confident about their capabilities. If you believe in yourself, then you can accomplish the goals you have set for yourself.
