You need to let go of your pride and admit you have weak areas in your life. If you don't let go of your pride and admit you have weak areas in your life, how can you ever hope to overcome them? Be open about your vulnerabilities, so that you can address them and not be afraid of them. Vulnerability is not the same thing as weakness. It's a sign of strength. So, let go., 🙏💡

Words are a reflection of the mind and heart. They convey thoughts and emotions nastily or pleasantly. Words can be spoken to express love and joy, or they can be spoken to abuse someone with pain and hurt. Whatever you say is what you get, because words have the power to paint pictures in your mind that influence your feelings and your reality.  Words have the power to move people to action, positively or negatively. The words you choose determine the kind of life you lead. Your words can motivate others to step up their game or discourage them from doing their best. So, choose your words wisely so you don't encourage your own suffering or that of others.

ONE OF THE WAYS TO LET GO OF THE PAST.

I would  say practice forgiveness. No one wakes up to wish for a painful experience like heartbreaks, but the truth is, it is all a learning experience; and mistakes make very valuable lessons. True. You need to have a mindset that allows you embrace your pain and see it as a blessing because, believe it or not, nothing just happens. So, i would say again, forgiveness. Forgive yourself first and forgive the person(s) that hurt you.  However, you'd have to promise yourself never to repeat the past, to avoid getting hurt over and over again. Give yourself and others the grace and space to learn from the mistakes. Also, explore some of your interests, try some new things. Seeing how you get better at those may help reinforce the time it takes to improve, and being able to observe your progress may reinforce that you are making some good progress. Hope this helps. 😊😊🤗

SOMEONE NEEDS TO HEAR THIS.

When you feel an emotion don't numb it. It'll only make it feel worse later. Feel it fully then let it go. Emotion is energy. We must let it pass. Memory is fallible. When you have a good idea write it down immediately. Your best ideas come in the shower, walking or in the gym. Keep a notepad ready.
