TUESDAY HEALTH TIPS- EAT LESS CRAP AND EAT MORE FOOD.

Someone asked me, "when you say, eat less crap and eat more food, what do you mean? Ain't they all food? Well, here was my simple explanation:

Examples of Crap are: carbonated drinks, refined sugar, artificial sweeteners and colours, as well as processed foods and more. (You can do your research).

While foods are:
Fruits and Vegetables, organic lean proteins, omega 3 fatty acids, and drink a llo of water. Water is very important. 

So, this is the simplest way to enjoy a healthy eating- I mean, healthy living. Lol, you know what I mean. Hope you have a fun-filled Tuesday.
