NEGOTIATION 102...

I love the views and feedback I got from my last post on Negotiation. This is so encouraging. However, friends, kindly leave your comments in the comment session. I also understand that some people complained that they are finding it difficult to comment on my post. I will suggest that you please check your settings and it will be resolved.

But in all, I am deeply grateful for everyone who stopped by here. Thank you.🤗🤗

Okay, let's hit it! More facts on Negotiation.

This is now Negotiation 102.😁

If you want to negotiate, make sure you are asking for what you want! Do not be afraid to ask for more than what is being offered.

The best way to negotiate is with a smile and an open mind.

Don't make assumptions about how the other person feels.

If you're not sure what to say, just ask them. You will be surprised by how much information you can gather from simple questions.

In a study conducted at the University of Washington, researchers found that encouraging people to negotiate during meetings led to fewer disputes in those meetings.

Women are better negotiators than men, because they tend to use social proof and emotional appeals more frequently, whereas men tend to use logic arguments and rational appeals more frequently.

To be cont'd. Knowledge is fun right?😁😁😁
