HAVE A CONFIDENT WEEK. 👍



Building your confidence is a lot like building your muscles—it's a process that takes time, practice and dedication. But it can be done!

Here are just a few of my confidence booster.

1. Remember that you’re not alone. You may feel like you’re the only one who feels this way, but there are others out there who also struggle with self-esteem issues and low self-confidence.

2. Take action! Whether it's turning off the phone and spending time with friends or going on a walk and appreciating nature, going to see some movies, pep talking yourself, trying out new things that make you feel great about yourself!

3. Be kind to yourself. Don't beat yourself up if you have days where you don't have much energy or motivation to do anything. It's okay! Just make sure to get back on track tomorrow or the next day—don't let these feelings keep you down forever!

4. Look at yourself in the mirror. Admire yourself and remind yourself of how awesome you are!
